  • SB has to come with upfront ₹50,000 deposit.
  • Tag Should be generated within 30 days of lead being referred & should be Registered at Exchange for lead to qualify as Referral.
  • Referred Sub Broker/Authorised Person should open minimum 5 new KYC within 3 months of tag generation.
  • Authorised Person will be given referral commission @10% of net to Angel revenue for next 12 months of tag generation.
  • For terminal minimum ₹100,000 deposit is mandatory.
  • Authorised Person should be registered at least in one of the leverage segments (FO/MCX/NCDEX/Curency).
  • Pre–existing lead in database within 6 months will not be considered for referral.
  • New Tag with Bulk KYC shifting request from Old Tag to New Tag will not be qualified as Referral Tag & no referral Benefit will be given.
  • The Company reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time with prior notice.
  • The referral commission is not applicable for Mutual Fund Sub Broker (MFSB).
