The company’s Board of Directors approved the acquisition of a significant stake in Avenir Lifecare Pharma Private Limited (ALPPL).

Entero has entered into definitive agreements to acquire 80% of ALPPL’s paid-up equity share capital. This strategic acquisition will enable Entero to solidify its presence in the pharmaceutical distribution market, particularly within the state of Telangana.
