Indian markets are likely to open flat tracking global indices and SGX Nifty.
The US stocks moved mostly higher during trading on Tuesday extending the rebound seen over the course of the previous session. With the upward move the major averages further offset the pullback seen late last week. The Dow increased by 0.6 percent to 23883 and the Nasdaq rose by 1.1 percent to 8809.
UK stocks rose sharply on Tuesday as several countries tentatively eased restrictions on movement in a bid to revive global economies. The FTSE 100 surged by 1.2 percent to 5820.
On domestic front Indian shares gave up early gains to end lower on Tuesday amid concerns over muted corporate earnings and increased uncertainty over the economic situation due to extended lockdown. The benchmark BSE Sensex fell by 0.8 per cent to 31454
