Indian markets are likely to open positive tracking global indices and SGX Nifty.

U.S. stocks moved mostly higher over the course of the trading session on Friday after recovering from an early move to the downside. The major averages more than offset Thursdays modest losses adding to the strong gains posted earlier in the week. The Dow was up by 0.8 percent to 25538 and Nasdaq rose by 0.8 percent to 7331.

U.K. shares declined on Friday after fall of mining stocks pacing the declines after China reported its weakest factory growth in more than two years. A gauge of Chinese manufacturing activity fell for the fourth straight month in November adding to signs of slowing growth in the worlds secondlargest economy. The benchmark FTSE 100 declined by 0.8% to 6980.

On domestic front Indian market ended little changed with a positive bias on Friday as investors awaited Q2 GDP data later in the day and the outcome of the G20 summit over the weekend for directional cues. Durin
