Indian markets are likely to open Negative tracking global indices and SGX Nifty.
Stocks turned in a relatively lackluster performance during trading on Tuesday following the recovery from the early selloff seen in the previous session. The Dow and the Nasdaq moved in opposite directions while the SP 500 spent the day lingering near the unchanged line. The Dow down by 0.7 percent to 30015 and the Nasdaq up by 0.5 percent to 12807.
U.K. stocks eked out modest gains in cautious trade on Tuesday after official data showed the U.K. economy rebounded at a faster than estimated pace in the third quarter reflecting the effects of the easing of lockdown restrictions and also some recovery of activity from the steep contraction in April. The benchmark FTSE 100 up by 0.6 per cent to 6453.
