Indian markets are likely to open negative tracking global indices and SGX Nifty.
US stocks showed a substantial move back to the downside during trading on Friday more than offsetting the notable rebound seen in the previous session. With the steep drop on the day the Dow fell to its lowest closing level in well over a month. The Dow closed down by 2 percent to 29982 and the Nasdaq closed down by 2.0 percent to 13070.
