Indian markets are likely to open flat tracking global indices and SGX Nifty.

US stocks showed a notable move back to the upside during the trading day on Tuesday. With the rebound the Dow bounced off its lowest closing level in three months. The Dow advanced 0.8 percent to 25532 and the Nasdaq jumped 1.1 percent to 7734.

U.K. stocks bounced back on Tuesday after U.S. President Donald Trump said that he was optimistic about resolving the U.S. trade dispute with China. The benchmark FTSE 100 was up by 0.9 percent at 7225.

On domestic front Indian shares rose notably on Tuesday to snap a nineday losing streak after both the U.S. and China struck a conciliatory tone on trade talks. The benchmark BSE Sensex was ended up by 0.6 percent to 37318.
