Indian markets are likely to open flat tracking global indices and SGX Nifty.

U.S. Stocks showed a significant turnaround over the course of the trading day on Monday. The major averages climbed well off their lows of the session and into positive territory. The rebound on Wall Street came following the release of a report from the Institute for Supply management showing growth in U.S. manufacturing activity unexpectedly accelerated in the month of June. The Dow Jones was up by 0.1% to 24307 and the Nasdaq showed climbed up by 0.8% to 7568.

U.K. stocks ended the first day of the new trading week with modest losses. After a weak start to the day the markets recovered some ground in early trade before settling into a sideways pattern. The benchmark FTSE 100 was down by 1.2% to 7548.
