As at 31st March 2018, the Company has one wholly owned subsidiary namely Fujisan Technologies Limited. During the year 2014, the Company started a new division in the name of 'Cakesmiths' for expansion of business. This division mainly traded in baking accessories and ingredients. The Company completely stopped its Non-Banking Financial Company activities, with effect from 11th August 2017 and voluntarily surrendered its Certificate of Registration to Reserve Bank of India. The Board of Directors of Company, at its meeting held on May 6,2017, had approved allotment of 3,00,069 bonus equity shares in the ratio of 32 fully paid equity shares of face value of Re 1 each for every existing 21 fully paid equity shares of Re 1 each, to the Members of Company, excluding Promoter and Promoter controlled entities (Eligible Members). Post Bonus Issue, the Issued Share Capital of Company is Rs 10,88,169 (Rupees Ten Lacs Eighty Eight Thousand One Hundred and Sixty Nine Only) and Paid up and Subscribed Share Capital of Company is Rs 10,87,944 (Comprising of 10,87,719 Equity Shares of Re1 each fully paid and 450 Forfeited equity shares of Rs 225).
