Indian markets are likely to open positive tracking global indices and SGX Nifty.
U.S. markets closed mostly higher on Thursday after a wild session as investors
examined the details of the taxreform plan proposed by Republicans.
The European markets ended Thursdays session with mixed results. Investors
appear to have taken a bit of a breather after the markets flirted with 2year highs.
The FTSE 100 of the UK outperformed the rest of Europe after the Bank of England
hiked interest rates.
Indian markets closed Thursdays session marginally lower as muted global cues
prompted traders to book some profits after strong gains in the previous session.
Global markets were broadly cautious as the Federal Reserve signaled a December
rate hike and investors braced for the Bank of Englands interestrate decision as
well as the announcement on the nomination of the new Fed Chair.
