- All the users subscribing to the services extended by www.taxsmile.com are bound by the
terms and conditions of taxsmile.com India Ltd and its affiliates and agree that they are eligible to get
registered to avail the said services.
- Angel is extending this facility at a substantial discount to its customers as a value added
service. The company is not responsible for any quandaries faced by the clients in the normal
course of business.
- Taxsmile.com India Ltd shall resolve any dispute with clients, queries from clients to the
respective Members on an instantaneous basis
- Angel Broking Ltd shall have no liability for any interruption or delay in access to the Site
irrespective of the cause.
- Force Majeure event shall be one when there is any cessation, interruption or delay in the
performance of Taxsmile.com’s obligations due to causes beyond its reasonable control,
including but not limited to: technical, earthquake, flood, or other natural disaster, act of
God, labor controversy, civil disturbance, war (whether or not officially declared) or the inability
to obtain sufficient supply of service, transportation, or other essential commodity or service
required in the conduct of its business, or any change in or the adoption of any law, regulation,
judgment or decree. Without limiting the foregoing, under no circumstances shall Angel Broking
Ltd be held liable for any delay or failure in performance resulting directly or indirectly from acts
of nature, forces, or causes beyond its reasonable control, including, without limitation,
Internet failures, computer equipment failures, telecommunication equipment failures, other
equipment failures, electrical power failures, strikes, labor disputes, riots, insurrections, civil
disturbances, shortages of labor or materials, fires, floods, storms, explosions, acts of
God, war, governmental actions, orders of domestic or foreign courts or tribunals, non-performance
of third parties, or loss of or fluctuations in heat, light, or air conditioning of your information & or
data received and or stored or any of the service/s rendered by taxsmile.com.
- Taxsmile.com India Ltd shall not incur any liability on behalf of the respective Members or in any
way to pledge the Member's credit or accept any order or make any contract binding upon the
respective Members without the respective Member's prior written consent.
- Arbitration Clause: All disputes, differences, claims and/or questions arising out of this agreement
between the parties and/or their respective representatives, touching these presents or any
clause or thing herein contained or otherwise in any way relating to or arising from these
presents shall be referred to courts at Mumbai having exclusive jurisdiction to try and/or entertain
any dispute and/or differences arising under these presents and Indian laws are only
applicable to such dispute and/or difference. The said disputes have to be settled between the
clients and taxsmile.com India Ltd and no such disputes can be filed against Angel Broking Ltd for any matter associated with the services of www.taxsmile.com
- The respective Members shall in any case not be liable or responsible for any of illegal and/or
Unauthorized acts as may be committed by the Vendor and/or its representatives.
