The private sector bank announced the results after market hours on Thursday, 2 February 2012.
Meanwhile, the BSE Sensex was up 10.53 points, or 0.06% to 17,442.38.
On BSE, 17,000 shares were traded in the counter as against average daily volume of 14,354 shares over the past one quarter.
The stock hit a high of Rs 92.90 and a low of Rs 89.50 so far during the day. The stock had hit a 52-week high of Rs 130 on 15 July 2011. The stock had hit a 52-week low of Rs 80 on 19 December 2011.
The small-cap stock had underperformed the market over the past one month till 2 February 2012, falling 0.17% compared with the Sensexs 12.33% return. The scrip had also underperformed the market in past one quarter, declining 11.39% as against 0.19% decline in the Sensex.
The bank has an equity capital of Rs 97.53 crore. Face value per share is Rs 10.
Lakshmi Vilas Banks gross non-performing assets (NPA) ratio stood at 2.42% of gross advances as on 31 December 2011, higher than 2.24% as on 30 September 2011. The net NPA ratio was at 1.23% of net advances as on 31 December 2011, higher than 1.09% as on 30 September 2011.
