Flexituff International appoints additional director

The board of Flexituff International in its meeting on 09 February 2012 has approved the appointment of Kaushal Ganeriwal as additional director of the company.

Further, the board has approved the allotment of 19,700 equity shares under ESOP Scheme 2011.
