Amar Remedies to raise funds
The board of Amar Remedies in its meeting on 09 February 2012 has decided to raise additional funds by way of issue of securities including equity shares and/or equity linked securities and/ or compulsory convertible debentures and/or GDR and/or ADR and/or non-convertible debentures with detachable warrants through any permissible route including through a Qualified Institutions Placement upto US$ 90 million.
